These terms apply to every order placed on this site. They take a few minutes to read, and they tell you exactly who you are buying from and what we commit to.

Who you are buying from

Seven Foot Line is a trading name. MZRCONSULTING is the company that sells to you. MZRCONSULTING is an individual enterprise run by Khalil MEZRAI, registered in France: SIREN 897 586 848, SIRET 897 586 848 00029, entered in the Lyon trade register under RCS Lyon 897 586 848, VAT number FR10897586848, business activity code 4791A, formed on 09/06/2024. Ordering

Adding an item to the cart is not a purchase. The order exists once you complete checkout and receive our confirmation email. That email is the record of what was agreed between us, so keep it.

We may decline or cancel an order and refund it in full if the item turns out to be out of stock, if the price or the description on the page was wrong, or if the order looks fraudulent. When that happens you hear it from us by email, not by silence.

Prices and sales tax

All prices are in US dollars and are shown without sales tax. Sales tax is calculated at checkout from the address you are shipping to, because the rate depends on the state, and it appears in the order summary before you pay. The total you confirm at checkout is the total you are charged. Prices can change at any time, but never on an order already placed.

Payment

Payment is taken in full at checkout, through the payment methods shown there. We do not offer installment plans, financing or pay-later options. One order, one payment.

Discounts

Shipping, returns and warranty

Free shipping over $50. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout. Delivery details are on our Shipping page.

You have 30 days from delivery to return an order, and we pay the return shipping. Every return starts with an email to contact@sevenfootline.com, and nothing is ever sent to our registered office. The full procedure is on our Returns & Refunds page.

Everything we sell carries a two-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, described on our Two-Year Warranty page.

What we say about the gear

Every specification on this site is published under our own name. Lengths and widths are in inches, weight is in ounces with its tolerance, core thickness is in millimeters because that is how the sport writes it. When we cannot stand behind a number, the line does not appear on the page at all. Two things no page can promise exactly: a color on your screen, and how a grip feels in your hand. That is what the 30 days are for.

Your account and your conduct

If you create an account, keep the password to yourself. Anything done from it is treated as done by you, so tell us straight away if you think someone else has it. Use this site to buy gear and to read about it. Do not scrape it, do not attack it, and do not republish our text, our photographs or our page layouts.

Our content

The name Seven Foot Line, the logo, the text, the photographs, the spec tables and the design of this site belong to MZRCONSULTING. You are welcome to quote a sentence with a link back to the page. You are not welcome to copy the page.

Limits

Pickleball is played with a hard ball at speed, on a hard court. We are responsible for your gear arriving as described and performing as it should. We are not responsible for how your game goes, or for injury from play. Nothing written here removes a right you hold under the law that protects you where you live.

Law, and changes to these terms

MZRCONSULTING is established in France, and these terms are governed by French law. Consumer protection rules that apply where you live still apply, and nothing on this page takes them away.

We may update these terms. The version that counts for your order is the one published on the day you placed it. Last updated: 09/28/2026.
