What to tell us, by subject

Everything below is what we would have to ask you for anyway. Sending it first turns three emails into one.

• Choosing a paddle. How your hand measures around the palm, and whether you hit a two-handed backhand. Those two answers settle grip size and handle length, which is most of the decision. Find my paddle asks the same questions and answers without waiting for us.
• An order on its way. Your order number, from the confirmation email.
• A return. Your order number, what is coming back, and why in a sentence. You have 30 days from delivery and the return shipping is on us. Wait for our reply before you ship anything: we do not publish a return address, and parcels sent to the registered office are not processed. The conditions are in the refund policy.
• A warranty claim. Your order number, a sentence about what happened, and a few photos — a short video is usually clearer for a crack or a rattle. What the two-year warranty covers, and what it calls ordinary wear, is set out on that page.
